How to reset the administrator password?

Turn the NVR from the front to the back, find a red button, use the reset needle to aim at the red button and press it for about 5 seconds. You will hear a "ding" sound, indicating that the reset is successful. At this time, the NVR will automatically restart. After the NVR restarts and displays the login interface, enter the default administrator password "888888" and click the login button to log in.

If it still doesn't work, it may be because the display output mode has been set, and an external display screen is connected. Simply follow the video instructions to operate it

How to set the HDMI mode of an external display

① Open the NVR system desktop, click "Home" in the lower left corner to pop up the menu bar

② Find "System Devices" in the menu and click to enter

③ Find "Advanced" and turn on HDMI. The default is off.
